Honestly it could really go both ways. If Minato tags him FAST and has tags in other places, he could potentially teleport to him constantly and slit his throat and counter Chibaku Tensei by teleporting back to him when he needs to. But if Nagato has killing intent, he could just blow up the whole damn field before Minato can blink an eye.
