Best/favorite part(s) of this War Arc, and biggest letdowns?

So what does everyone think is the best part(s) of this arc, or your favorite part(s) of this arc?

For me, Sasuke/Edo Itachi vs Kabuto is one of them. It was such an epic fight in the manga (kind of dissapointing in the anime, though), with Kabuto using the new sage mode and all his abilities. Plus it was cool to see Sasuke and Itachi work together.

I also liked when Edo Madara was first summoned, it was really epic to see everyone shocked at it being the real Madara. It was even better in the anime. Madara was kicking ass.

When Orochimaru was first revived I was also pretty hyped, but he didn't do anything that important except one thing, which is the next part...

When the Edo Hokage's were summoned. This was definitely a huge hype moment, but unfortunately it was also another let down because they haven't really had many epic moments as of yet (that I remember anyways). But it was still pretty cool to see them revived and have everyone interact with them.

The flashback with Madara and Hashirama was really interesting too, I enjoyed it. It could have been longer and more detailed though, especially near the ending.

Also the chapter when Obito absorbed the ten-tails. That was easily one of the best chapters, the whole thing was epic and that ending... we hadn't seen a ten-tails jin at that point so it was pretty damn epic. But once again it failed to live to hype IMO.

Madara's revival was quite epic as well, definitely one of the highlights and I think it is going to be 100x as awesome in the anime. Seeing Madara dominate basically everyone was just pure epic, the only part that was BS was him using Susanoo with no eyes. But still the fight was real epic with everyone working together, and that Gaara/Shukaku action.

Now for the letdowns... I'll try to keep this list short. But for me its probably the Edo Hokage's revival (such little action), Naruto and Sasuke vs. Obito, Madara vs. 8 Gates Gai, and Orochimaru not doing anything. Also, Madara's new lame look.

Favorite part: Sasuke joins the alliance

Biggest letdown: The fight against the Juubi was pretty lackluster for something so big and powerful, glad he was sealed in Obito/Madara

Favourites parts were mostly Obitos Parts. 8Gates. The recent ones with the Sage & now I'm looking forward to this fight between them. It's going to be Epic.

Biggest letdown ... mmm .. probably the surviving of the Gokage. _-_

Naruto's Bijuu mode, Naruto, Bee, Kakashi, Gai vs Obito and the Jins. Naruto going BSM, Naruto going Rikudou Mode, Obito becoming Juubi Jin. The hokages being revived ( except Hiruzen, this guy shouldn't have been revived).

Gai vs Madara was also epic. I also liked the fight between Hashirama and Madara ( in the flashback).

Biggest Letdown :Kages surviving , Edos , Izanami , friendship to the face , Gai not dying , Kakashi not dying, Karin soloing & K11 not doing shit on their own .

Favorites:Minato's entrance, using senjutsu , space time barriers , tag team with Naruto , Kabuto vs Itachi , Kabuto's DSM , Edo Madara , Obito vs Gai/Kakashi/Naruto/Bee & Neji dying .

Best parts for me: Hokage revival, Sasuke becoming "good" (I'm still sketchy of him), Naruto and Sasuke working together, how little Madara cared when things weren't going exactly as planned, and mostly 8 Gates Guy.

Worst parts: Obito never shutting the hell up about Rin, little action time from the Edo Hokage, the Kage surviving, and that's about it.

Overall I like the War Arc, it's just dragging on, or took too long in some sports, and didn't spend enough time on others.

Yeah I agree about it dragging on... especially not spending time on the right parts. I think there should have been more interaction, half the time it felt like everyone was just standing around. I think the whole Jin Obito vs the alliance might look strange in the anime, hopefully they will add some filler of people talking more.

Biggest Letdowns

Sakura, Naruto, Sasuke all had big moments, but the rest of the rookies was grad A loser fest. Hinata, Kiba, Shino, Rock Lee, Tenten had no great moments.

Shikamaru not playing any sort of huge role, even his dads sacrifice seemed lame.

Not seeing the ending of Kakashi vs the swordsmen

The golden brothers, there whole weaponry was really lame

Gai not dieing, I love Gai, but him doing an epic sacrifice but not actually sacrifice was lame

Madara vs the Gokages, Madara was awesome and so was Tsunade, but the other Kage seemed to lay on the same old justus, at least Tsunade she pulled out something.

Sasuke being a flip flopper *****, even though there still hints that he's still a little evil from Sai, Jugo, Shikamaru, Sakura but i'll wait on the verdict on that.

Izanami, sorry Kabuto was so badass, but then he gets beaten by a lame genjustu, making it seem like it was not a very hard battle for Sasuke and Itachi.
