Well, we would need Kishi to reveal it if he had the Juubi eye. Although when explaining it, the Sage described Kaguya's eye as Sharingan. Madara calls it Rinnegan. For all we know, it could be both simultaneously. It's likely, as he was able to pass down Sharingan, but honestly Kishi needs to stop flipping back and forth and stick with one thing.
