How did Hagoromo pass Sasuke's powerup if he didn't have it in the first place

Then , why does Sasuke have only one eye? Sage didn't give him rinnegan. If he did, Sasuke would have juubi's eye in both sockets.

Back in part one the beginning of VoTE, sasuke only had one black eye. Later got two. Same thing. Nothing special

I think he will have it in both eyes, just for some reason he hasn't awakened it yet, the Sage did throw two teenagers god like power, he may have included seals that keep them from using certain abilities until the time is right.

That resulted rinnegan. Sasuke doesn't need so6p to get rinnegan. With sage, he gets kaguya eye. Can't get simpler than that

Hagoromo gave his Rinnegan to Sasuke & it fused with Sasukes Sharingan and became Juubis Eye. The Original, one & only, mighty Eye. Lol.

Yes, but the issue with that is, where did the other 6 tomoe come from? If it was just a merger between the Rinnegan and the Sharingan, it should surely have only 3 tomoe?

It may just be a side effect, or maybe Kishi thought that a Rinnegan with three Tomoe didn't look that cool.

ok.. it works like this. sasuke already had one of the strongest sharingans to begin with (naruto fight pt1) (vs itachi part 2)
those eyes saw the most ****ed sight any uchiha has ever seen ,,, sasuke was witness to the exstinction of uchiha
his sharingan would of been connected to the deepest for of hatred .
only to deepen again once realising itachi was made to kill the uchiha and that his brother went through alot and bared it all alone

Then he uses his sharingan to max forcing out susanoo and exuasting himself and his eyes (kage summit , danzo, and naruto &kakashi fight) only to implant itachi eyes ( itachi being the biggest genius the narutoverse has to offer , being the badest uchiha ever, and with the wisdom that is unmatched plus itachi sharingan was op)

using EMS during the war to the max, all the way up to dieing at madara hands.

The reason he got the tomoe renningan and the so6p didnt is because sasukes eyes are
the most op eyes of the uchiha also he has senju dna (kabuto) which makes his eyes now at renningan level
then he gets the indra power up which makes sasuke sharingan the same level as kaguya eye
