You trying to say so6p chakara is magic soup that can awaken anything. But so6p 100% power failed to awaken such eye for all these centuries. If sasuke has 100% so6p, he will godstomp so6p+kaguya+jubi

Manga says they both get the half Power of Hagoromo , and that means the Eye from Sasuke is actually the Power from Hagoromo. And not Sasuke's Power or what you thinking
Hagormo says that Kaguya was to storong (with this Eye that she has ) and then he says that nobody should have so much Power.
And then he should after all, give the same Power to Sasuke ( who constantly changing his opinion of the World etc.)

So6p obviously doesn't have sasuke/kaguya's eye. He screwed up by awakening a god way beyond him, he didn't know sasuke is that gifted obviously that can par with his mama
