How are you going to compare someone who practice with the eye against someone who just got it lol. Even if Sasuke got the eye, he ain't going to be able to use it considering the fact that he hasn't have any knowledge of it nor practice. So therefore that shit is invalid. Kaguya and the Juubi eye is just a Sharingan, the Sage established this, its has more tomoes because they have one eye rather than two.

What Sasuke has is a Sharingan mixed with a Rinnegan, so he really already had the Juubi eye if you want to be technical.
