Who do think is the shonobi with the most versatile jutsu's or with the most number of jutsu's.

According to me Jiraya is the most versatile shonobi.
judge only by Feats NO Hype.

Hiruzen. No really, this is the one hype about him that's reasonable, we may have not seen him use all of Konoha's jutsus like it was said he can use, but he has shown a lot of jutsus.

I chose Madara because he has fire techs, uchiha techs, uchiha sharingan techs, rinnegan techs, and juubi jin techs. Orochimaru, Nagato, Hiruzen, and Kakashi have him beat if we're going by hype though. As for the most versatile shinobi, I would say Nagato, the dude literally has techs that involve gravity, and his mechanical path can grow extra arms and fire missiles. If that's not the most versatile, I don't know what is.

Tobirama and Kabuto should be on this list, Tobirama because he invented a couple of jutsus, and Kabuto because he literally made himself into a kekkei genkai copy machine.

thought about adding kabuto but he pretty much has feats similar to orochimaru.
