Current Zaraki (Shikai but with eye patch) in my opinion is about Unohana's level of power, without eye patch and with kendo, he should surpass people like Aizen, Isshin and Urahara in my opinion and if he have bankai than i think that he for sure should be strongest shinigami (maybe except Yamamoto).
