I know it's 9 tomoes - 3 tomoes from his right eye makes it 6. Or 9 tomoes + 3 tomoes = 12 tomoes divided by 2, makes it 6.

Just like Yin-yang. If you rotate it 180 degree, Yin(Sasuke) resembles 6 while Yang(Naruto) resembles 9
