[Spoilers] How old was Obito in his "Masked Man" form?

As anyone that is far enough is aware, Masked Man/ Tobi is actually Obito Uchiha. However, his age confuses me a bit. Considering the fact that he was in Kakashi's generation and squad, I feel that it is safe to assume that Obito is the same age as Kakashi. According to NarutoPedia.com, Kakashi was 26-27 in Part 1. The Nine Tails attack orchestrated by Obito happened 12 years prior to part 1, meaning that Kakashi was 14-15 also, meaning that Obito was 14-15. I find it hard to believe that Obito in his "Masked Man" form was that young. Could anyone that hopefully has more knowledge of the series explain this to me?

Remember, Kakashi is 14 years older than Naruto. That means he was that age when he was born.

I doubt 13-year-old Obito used only six months to rehabilitate from his near-death experience, master the techniques taught to him by Madara, manipulate Nagato and help create and control the Akatsuki we know today in sync with Kakashi joining and gaining a reputation in the ANBU and then turning 14 September so that on October 10th, after 10 months of Kushina's pregnancy he could wreak havoc on Konoha. I really doubt that.
