Bach is the currently main villain. He showed from nowhere and in first invasion with other Quincyes took down Soul Society. He want to destroy all the shinigamis for the massacre of his own people 1000 years ago and 200 years ago. With ZnT currently he is without a doubt most powerful character.

There is Aizen. He is still stuck in Muken or maybe he already escaped after Bach came to visit him. He may have an army of prisoners that he can use to exploit. He may very well also use this war as a diversion to face off against the Soul King. Most probably like Orochimaru he don't want to take a part in this war, since he wasn't one who started it.

There is the Soul King. The reason i see him as villain is simple, he is king of all souls (Shinigami, Quincy, Fullbring, Hollows, Humans...), so i assume that as king of all souls he could end as final villain.
Who knows maybe the RG will become villains too?

Urahara is so good written character in my opinion that some are still wondering if he's secretly an antagonist. Urahara never said that he like (obey) Soul King, he just said that without him there is no existence at all, could Urahara wait for his opportunity from the shadows? and Did Kugo Ginjo just accidentally bring possibility of Urahara being the villain?

I think some within the Wandenreich secretly want a new king or leader. They just don't want it to be Uryu because he is an unknown element. That is why Bazz-B chastised Haschwalth for not taking action since he is the only other SR who has a remote chance to become king. It's quite similar to when Aizen concerning Urahara not challenging the Soul King. Askin then says he is the "next emperor", and we get a close up panels of Haschwalth and no text. Accidentally?

So go ahead and post your thoughts. I would like to read them.

I'd like Urahara to be the final villain, that'd be a good plot twist.

Urahara would be awesome as the last villain

Indeed. but beside his excellent mind, he doesn't have the fire power to take Ichigo on...yes, maybe he would be able somehow to steal/negate his powers; but I doubt that Kubo will use the endsame thing when it comes to the of the manga.

Hm, actually this arc have way to go before it's end. We need to see unseen Bankais, more of Vandenreich, what really happen 1000 years ago and many other things.

I see that in the pool, some people already voted for Bach, but to be honest i think that Bach, alongside Urahara have smaller chances of being final villain.

I do not dispute that it would be an amazing plot twist, but do you think it would be squashed Kisukes' character?

Nah not really, I always kinda saw him as a villain type character, he suits it just fine imo.

I'm leaning more towards Aizen because

1. His original plan required the harvesting of thousands of souls (which he entered Soul Society to do so in the FKT arc) which has already happened (Quincy or Shinigami, it matters not. Look at the casualties).

2. Pecnut already made a theory on something that could be a slight nod to Aizen's escape from the Muken.

3. He isn't on anyone's side. He is on his own, he will most likely try and take advantage of the chaos and create the King's Key (of course this is assuming he has even escaped the Muken).

It's 100% safe to say that Aizen will be back and that he will have huge role, but would Aizen being final villain be good for story, in the end it will be FKT v2, Aizen vs Ichigo.

Yes, that is the only downside to Aizen becoming the main villain.

Off-Topic: That Ulquiorra Ava is smexy.

Thank you.

Am i the only one who found most plausible for final villain to be Soul King or Hashawalth?

Soul King is a cool idea. Shrouded in mystery the Soul King is. Hashsawalth? I'm of 2 minds about him, while he seems like a cool character, he also doesn't seem like the type for a final villain imo. Make a thread about the Soul King being the final villain.

Bach seems like the obvious choice, but Aizen is still alive, so he's still planning everything. Aizen planned that Juha Bach would invade soul society.

Aizen always wins, even when he is defeated he still wins.

They showed Aizen in the arc after he was "defeated" so my guess is he will become the final villain.
They still have a long way to go, there's the 'mystery' man with Urahara, so obviously Grimmjow and where did Chad and Orihime go off to? Many questions, many answers meaning many chapters

Possibility for Hashwalth to be final villain came for Kubo previous arcs.
- Back in SS arc i couldn't imagine Aizen as villain, i think that we all thought that Gin is villain, but than plot twist happen and we got Aizen as main villain.
- Same goes in Lost Agent Arc, Tsukishima was supposed to be villain, but again we got new (main) villain Kugo Ginjo.
So if Kubo follow his tradition, Bach shouldn't be final villain.
Bach strength depend of how much souls he absorb, if he absorb many of them (than i can see him ending as final villain) but if he stop absorbing souls he will end even weaker than his subordinates. We got in previous arcs that close "comrade" to villain actually becoming final villain of that arc, Hashwalth is the only one i can think of since he and Bach are two sides of the same scale.

His Majesty already predicted Aizen's loss in FKT.

It's great thing, this arc is better than any previous and it have way to go before end.

This is assuming Kubo wants to retain that tradition. But don't forget that the more souls are harvested (by anything), the closer Aizen is to creating the Ouken and defeating the Soul King. But, this is assuming Aizen has even escaped the Muken.
