I think Naruto could handle Kaguya. Given his skill in TNJ it would be over in 10 mins flat. He would have her calling him grandson by the time it was over. She would be baking cookies for him in an apron by the end of the day. And then when it was over, she would give him some one-of-a-kind weapon and power-up.
