None of Team 3 can hurt Konan wo Katsuyu.
Mei blocks vision, Hinata can't see when her eyeballs are melting.
While in mist(no acid) Ino can mind transfer to her opponents as they won't see it coming.
Team 1 mid/high diff.

Simple, team two have two kage level shinobis and one very good back up. No one in team two can't touch Konan and Mei's abilities will also be very useful. Team one win with mid diff, even if team two have Katsuyu.

Team one wins with mid-high difficulty. Mei handles Tsunade than she helps Konan to rape Sakura and Hinata.
