Ok, now naruto have the half of all 9 tail chakra.
While madara having another half and in other hand with jubii itself bind in to him.
According to history, so6p and his brother both sealed the jubii power 50-50 inside their body.
So6p's brother I thought is death and transferred all his sealed power into ashura.
While Indra could have been steal the so6p's brother eyes to have equal strenght with ashura.
In the fight ashura vs Indra, I think they both death, and this resulted the half of jubii chakra leaking to the world and lastly tamed by current old man so6p. Still remember The picture where we saw that old man standing at the middle of all 9 tailed beast? Those beast actually is only half of juubi chakra that leaked after ashura death.
Those I think it is possible for sasuke to take over madara power as the next jinjukiri of juubi. Please noted that in order to control juubi you need Rinnengan. So naruto at the most could only have 50 of chakra from juubi that given by current old man so6p.
