if you think it's temporary than i don't think you understand what is happening. first off, you cant destroy the juubi or bijuu therfore there will always be a need for somebody to keep that power in check. for now there will be no need for the likes of naruto or sasuke to go on missions because there will be true peace after this war. but as all people won't buy into this there will still be people who want to cause chaos and war, someone has to stop them. the sage has given them this power and the only way for them to lose it is if it's taken some way. also what kind of a time limit would be on these powers? what if it takes them 2 days to beat madara? if the sage intended for it to be temporary did he give them enough time to defeat madara? making it temp doesn't make sense. this is a shonen, characters are meant to be OP, it's not like they were ever really ninjas to begin with. when was the last time you saw in a movie or whatever, a ninja that shot fire out of it's mouth? they were never suppose to be like that. if anything this has proven that power like this needs to be in the hands of people who will only use it for good, although i question giving sasuke such power but whatever.

He'd only die if the yin kyuubi gets yanked out of him. The other bijuu are just chakra, not the actual beast so he'd be fine if he lost their chakra....

Then why would he lose it, if the Gold and Silver brothers are any example Tailed Beast chakra lasts the rest of your life.

And as Gaara and Obito have shown, you keep the abilities you get from the Beast once you get them.

Really I don't see why he or Sasuke would lose their new abilities, it would just be pointless now that the manga is almost over.

Actually, considering that the Tailed Beasts are talking to Naruto it looks more like the Sage manifested them inside Naruto, and the Sage did say that all the TB would be together again inside the Child of Prophecy.

First reason: sasuke and naruto need a final battle for hokage
Second reason: sasuke and naruto would be to op to be a regular ninja
Third reason: reason one is useless cause they're too powerful to even be hokage just for the leaf. If they both stay there they would be strong other villages can fear them witch isn't good cause the new alliance
Fourth reason: what purpose would it surve for them to have all the power when no one would oppose them. They would just be bord cause nothing to fight that's challaging
Fifth reason: it defeats the purpose of peace. hen there's always someone way stronger so the balance will be off. Causing confusion

3. no there fear would bring peace and no wouldnt fear him either. All the hokages are on his side so auto alliance
4. the point s to bring peace not to fight more

The gold & silver bros ate kurama's chakra meat therefore that kyuubi chakra became permanently apart of them. I guess, Being the host of a bijuu somehow changes your body & chakra nature. That probably explains why obito put the beasts back in the original jins instead of putting the bijuu into some random fodders, since being the jin of the said beast makes you compatible with them chakra wise at least... but i think the bijuu chakra naruto has could possibly be infinite now. since he has "the senjutsu of the six paths".
