Borrowed Power

Does anybody still care whether or not power is "borrowed" or "stolen" or whatever?

It was always a stupid, desperate argument to me, and I don't see it used anymore. Just wondering if it totally died out or if there are those who think the "stolen power" argument still has merit.

Maaaan, borrowed power is the dumbest thing to me. To me, it doesn't matter if it's given or stolen, it's about how you use it and how efficient you are with it. The only time external power bothers me ET so I don't rank any characters with summonings at all to keep it fair for all characters.

It only holds merit to the people upset the power made them stronger than their favs. So last resort is to attempt to get back at fans of that character by saying they were given things.

Personally I don't care. Probably because alot of characters > my top favs anyways XD I have some strong favorites too but i mean competing with Naruto/Sasuke you should have known right?

Naruto power isnt stolen HE WORKED FOR IT.

He have gotten the Bijuus and trust on his own.

All Sasuke did was die and got a free handout which was nothing compared to Narutos

I don't care. What matters to me is whether a person is capable of using that power.

No different than Sasuke. I know he was born with that power. Exactly, he was handed power just like Naruto, but in a different way.

Look at a samurai. They use a sword. Unless they are a sword smith they didn't create that sword, but that doesn't matter because having a sword and being able to use it skillfully are not the same.

Yeah ET is one of the topics that vary amongst users but I try to be fair about it. Anyways, I don't think you're serious about deleting it but since you're premium now, you should be able to find the delete thread button in thread tools. For future reference anyways.
