It's an overlapping of Doujutsu: essentially, it surpasses the regular Rin'negan in that; Sasuke should be able to jointly use Rin'negan jutsu with that of his Eternal Mangekyo. What is even more interesting is if he is able to entirely reflect the Rin'negan's arsenal through Susano'o----with the possibility of it acting as an amplifier.
