Well, he clearly hasn't surpassed all those who came before him because Sasuke is his equal, and Madara, Hagoromo, and Kaguya would still stomp on him.

Also, arguably, Obito is still stronger than him, as well as Hagoromo's brother. Personally I think that they're both more powerful than Naruto and Sasuke, but I recognise that Hagoromo's brother depends solely on hype, and that Obito only had the power of a Juubi with 7 bijuu (an incomplete Juubi).

If you're talking about them being edo, he doesn't need to use RDS to beat them (not that he has it). If you mean them using RDS then they can't because he's too fast for them. Him dodging Rinbo means RDS is useless agianst him. Edos lost their advantage against current Naruto because they can't regenerate after his attacks anymore.

Genjutsu doesn't work if you have jinchuriki to interrupt your chakra. Naruto has nine.

the only ones that even legit have a chance are juubi jins, sasuke, kaguya. thats it nobody else is even really a challenge. naruto made madara look like a chump before even unleashing his full power. if somebody wants to argue for 8th gate guy listen, gai was only able to do what he did because kakashi and minato teleported the gudou dama away leaving madara open for attacks. the gudou dama didn't effect naruto and thus he would have still been able to do what he did to madara. hashirama is not even a contest. remember he admitted that obito was stronger than him before he even gained control of the juubi's power. naruto is stronger than juubito and it's probably not even high diff. the only reason both naruto and sasuke even need to fight madara together right now is because madara just absorbed the shinju and got another power-up. so unless you're kaguya, hogoromo, madara, sasuke, indra, ashura, or hogoromo's bro, don't even step to naruto.
