I would assume that Sasuke's current eye has powers completely different to the Rinnegan. I do not think it will be able to use regular Rinnegan techs because then Sasuke could effectively cancel out most of Madara's techs and that'd be kinda unfair. We shall find out though!

Well since the sage said he is giving his power to sasuke i can imagine sasuke having unlimited jutsus and also a madars final form sussono version for sasuke as well. In my opinion i think sasuke is a tad bit stronger than naruto..based on 2 ch. Ago..witg the sage saying his problems earlier was not showing idra enough attsntion therefore saying he will give sasuke his power..but only giving naruto thrtailed beast

You got the upgrade pattern wrong, or rather aside from the actual power up pattern you added false information.
It goes like this: Sharingan --> Mangekyou Sharingan --> Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan. That's it! It's the maximum an Uchiha can attain. The Rinnegan is not a natural upgrade for the Uchihas, neither it has any relation to the Sharingan.
BTW, Sasuke cannot use the Rinnegan powers solely because he does not have the Rinnegan or anything related to the Rinnegan. His dojutsu is the 9 tomoe Sharingan, the one Kaguya had.

Well hard to say, more or less this is the "Jubi Eye" a multiple tomoe Sharinnegan, the same Kaguya had. Always thought this was kind of an "evil" eye, mainly because the Sage got a cleansed version of it without tomoe, which became the legendary Rinnegan.

His "evil" offsprings the Uchiha got a powered down version, the normal Sharingan.
