neither of you have been reading the manga. all the tailed beasts except for yin kurama 8 tails and shukaku gave naruto their chackra when he freed them from obitos chackra rods before the entire alliance arrived to fight obito after he revived the juubi and then obito gave naruto the rest when he was about to die.
the only thing the sage gave naruto was the sun mark on narutos hand and the sages own senjutsu. its also possible that naruto got the sages senjutsu simply by having all the bijuu in him and the power the sage gave him in the sun mark was something we havent seen yet though that is a very small posibility considering the sages senjutsu was shown side by side with sasukes sage gift.

As already stated it could be from two sources, a) when Naruto met the Bijuu's, and Jinchuriki b) when Naruto met the sage and he called forward the Bijuu.
