Create a large sphere of rotating water (like a rasengan but its not) by inhaling, focusing chakra into ur gullet, and exhale, spitting out the rotating sphere, and then when you attack with it, it should leave the area soaked.

Well you could use the description of each jutsu tht u use, but add which direction you're sending it at your opp, where its coming from, yadda yadda yadda...
