Using Fire, Wind and Earth together doesn't mean you'll result with Jinton. Jinton is a fusion of those 3 elements, Yoton Rasenshuriken isn't, its a combination.
It only did that to the Shinju cause it was strong enough to bisect it.
Using the elements and combining them are different.

Take Ranton (storm release) for example:
Lighting fused with water = Ranton Releast
But at the same time you can use lighting to boost water ninjutsu damage output, but it doesn't make it Ranton.
