Is Yamato related to the Second Hokage?

Hey peeps! This question has been going on in my mind for a long time.Is Yamato related to the Second Hokage Tobirama?They do resemble a lot.
And Yamato uses Wood Style which belongs to the Senju Clan.Though it is said that Orochimaru had done some research on him which makes him use wood style.But I still wonder that there is some amount of Senju clan stuff in his DNA or something.I know I sound freaky.Then too.. If I'm missing something,let me know!

Yamoto is hashiramas clone. Oro states he tried to clone hashi using some of the villages unborn kids and yamoto is the only one who survived. So in a way he is directly related to tobirama.

See he was just an orphan or can say abducted by orochimaru to be used as test subjects, as for resemblance i can't find any similarity i mean looks at his eyes (scary), hair (spiky), face and other things, they just make any similarity with Tobi-sama, although yamato is cool, but when you compare him with nidaime it will be like, Yamato is in depth of ocean while Tobirama is on K2 peak

I dont see it, Yamato has Mokuton because Orochimaru did experiments on him and gave it to him. Also the first and second are brothers.

Luck it happen in the lab sometimes a mutation by an organism, think about it Let say He is one out of a hundred that survived,that is not good odds if you have to kill 99 persons for one to survive.

Madara has Hashirama DNA in him. Does that make him related to Tobirama? Yamato had a family and a life before he became a lab rat. Neither are related to the Senju. And the wood style is not a clan thing.
