Don't listen to people who say watch Bleach. You should watch Hajime no Ippo - anime about boxing. It is really cool, much episodes, a lot of jokes, good story etc. Watch first 2 episodes, and I'm pretty sure you will like it.

The other anime is called Magi. About adventures, good quality, nice story etc.
Watch these two and you will be amazing.

-Humour, Action, Suspense, Justice, Piracy.
- Epic soundtracks including openings!!
- MOST OF ALL...EPIC STORYLINE!!!
- Oh, and close to none fillers.

Don't be put of by the amount of episodes it has. You take your time catching up, its better that way because you don't have to do the weekly wait

Oh yeah as a hard core YGO fan how could I forget to recommend it? :OOO Anyway watch the YGO DM and 5D's animes and if you see you like it then proceed and watch GX, ZEXAL and the brand new Arc-V. Note that the chronological order of the series is like this: DM-GX-5D's-ZEXAL-Arc-V. Hope you like them. n.n

Yu yu hakusho just finished watching it and it's probably the best anime I've seen. Other than that watch death note or trigun

Coppelion,Kill A Kill,Eureka 7,Elfen Lied are pretty good.So is Strike the Blood,Blood+,Cowboy Bebop,Ghost in A Shell,Full Metal Alchemist and others.
