CAN YOU TELL me that how much delay time shall be set for a normal cartoon video!!! I can't understand that delay time is in seconds or!! =D

Keep the frame delay as prescribed or as default as it is, if you'll increase or decrease it it'll look weird, so i'll suggest you to keep it as default as it showing or if you don't like it you can increase or decrease it as per your liking
