There's no reason to believe Gai has any intel on Tsunade's regeneration abilities, whereas Tsunade knows pretty much everything about Gai, since he is her subordinate. Therefore, it will be trial and error before he understands he capabilities and by then there's a good chance he has worn himself out. Guy is one of the stupidest characters in the manga. Tsunade can tank anything he has with Byakogou - including Hirudora. Kisame was actually pretty fine after it was used on him - he wasn't even unconscious. Tsunade can make Katsuyu wrap around her to provide her extra protection (Katuyu's gelatinous body can absorb physical blows easily.) Not to mention, Guy is a close combat fighter so he will enter close combat with her. At this point, one punch from Tsunade and it's over.

Gai fought Kisame in Kisame's water dome. Kisame would obliterate Tsunade if she fought him in his water dome. Gai's attacks were weaker in the water because it blocked his moves. Still Gai beat him comprehensively. Kisame has bijuu level chakra, plus he can use ninjutsu to prolong the battle unlike Tsunade who fight close range. And nobody is better in close range battle than Gai

6th Gate gai can rip tsunade's head off. Tsunade can't use water clone or shadow clone, her head will vanish if Gai decides to kill her. If Gai wants her dead, she will be dead. Tsunade doesn't have the speed feats to hit Might Gai, who is one of the fastest character in the series even in base

Asakujaku doesn't really cause that much damage, besides, Tsunade can even PUCH fireballs away. I don't really see what makes asakujaku dangerous for her. Gai is faster but does that really help when you just can't kill your enemy and your own body is breaking down any minute?

If Tsunade has katsuyu then she will survive. Tsunade doesn't have much 1 on 1 battle feats, using byakogou in every fight is ludicrous . For all we know, tsunade doesn't have the speed feats to fight someone on Gai's level, who's always on the charge

Wrong. Gai did not fight Kisame in his water dome. Don't try to make excuses to explain how Kisame was pretty much uninjured. And you can't say Guy > Kisame > Tsunade, since ABC logic doesn't work like that in Naruto. Tsunade also has massive chakra reserves and even more strength/stamina than Kisame. Guy may be faster, but Tsunade is stronger. She wins because she can tank his punches and then counterattack while he's in close range, whereas he dies from even one punch. You didn't even address the Katsuyu issue because you know that he can't rip her head off while the slug is absorbing his punches. Please stop.

It has even been shown that internal damage for Tsunade takes a lot longer to regenerate from and if necessary needs katsuya for assistance. If she suffers even a morning peacock to her skull then her entire head suffer immense internal damage and her head WILL crack open. a series of punches to her head is a sure kill and it would take a fanboy to try try and justify it and prove otherwise. If i remember correctly Lee's kick tore right through madaras side and he WASN'T in gates

His speed alone is enough to Make tsunade feel like a slug

Show me a scan where tsunade has punched somebody as fast as Gai. Her durability is low because she healed from everything that injured her. She is not immune to injuries. Gai will keep on beating her until she's dead. Gai can hold his gates long enough to beat moderately durable opponents. And she won't land a hit. SHe doesn't have the reaction speed to see Gai's movement, let alone connecting a direct punch. Tsunade ain't Itachi/Sasuke. Her punching is non factor

Tsunade's abilities are non factor against faster shinobis. If it was Minato or Tobirama, then Gai would definitely lose. Faster opponents win most times unless the one has great durability (third raikage) or external defense (susanoo)

If Gai is bloodlusted he can kill her before katsuyu starts assisting tsunade to heal
