Imagine hearing about a final villain in the 3rd movie of a epic trilogy only to find out that the last villain is some random evil lady who died years ago? Lameness...and don't try to say Madara did the same at least we got extensive cameos, mentions and backstory throughout Shippuden. Madara is the final villain end of story. Anybody automatically confirming Kaguya as a 100% guaranteed final villain is a fool. Wishful thinking is all...just like people hoping Orochimaru will make a move even though his relevance has long since expired.

Kaguya being the fv would be worse than madara. The real problem with madara as a villain is that he isn't directly connected to the main characters, so the conversations are a little dull.(everything else is ok) Kaguya is even less connected to the main characters and plot, so that would just be weird.... Plus, we have had countless references/mentions of madara starting from the VOTE fight with naruto/sasuke, so he's most likely going to be the fv.
