I agree with this right here, but I'd say he beats Itachi due to superior stamina and loses to Minato and Tobirama.

Wins against maybe Itachi, Sasori, Kakuzu, Deidera, Kisame, any of the gokage bar maybe Garra, and beats Hiruzen and Tsunade. In short, he's a boss.


I have no idea what genjutsu you just listed mean, but here's what was said about his genjutsu prowess.

He's better than Itachi, which makes it doubtful if his only method of genjutsu is shairngan, or that you wouldn't have other genjutsu as powerful as tsukyomi and such. In fact, it says "most powerful genjutsu of shisui's mangekyo sharingan" implying he has other genjutsus.


He is the only ninja other than Minato's who's received a nickname for his speed that we know of, which really shows he's fast.

I will never understand why its so hard for people to read the conditions carefully. KA is obviously restricted like I mentioned.

For the people mentioning him beating Kages, how does he deal with the Raikages?

I gave him fire manipulating mastery anyway, so he should do that with any of his weapons =)

If they're fighting him simultaneously, he'd lose. But 1 on 1, he'd win against Sasori,Kakuzu,Deidara, and Kisame. MS Itachi would be his stopping point.
