No, those are the Juubi's eyes. Not Kaguya's eyes. She died ages ago. Juubi didn't. Therefore, Kaguya will remain as dead woman like she was thousands years ago. If she is the one, then she would have took control over Obito when he was jin or Madara by now. But she didn't. Therefore, Madara remains final villain. Keep denying facts, man.

The Byakugan is an alien dojutsu. She had that before stealing the fruit from the Juubi.

Infinite Tsukuyomi was developed by Madara. She isn't the master mind behind anything. As I said, she has no relevancy to the story, therefore, the obvious answer will be Madara as final villain. Kishi confirmed it in his latest interview.
