I already know that Naruto and Sasuke will have to work together to defeat Madara.

However,manga had shown us how durable Madara an become against physical attacks:Madara tanked 9 tail beasts attack,Gai 8 gates taijutsu and Naruto new jutsu which almost slice him into half.Whatever ninjutsu/taijutsu Sasuke and Naruto at Madara will be useless because he will simply regenerate.

We don't know how effective a genjutsu will be on Madara ,especially tsukyomi and other variation of genjtusu .If Sasuke could use Kaguya infinite tsukyomi jutsu ,Madara will not be able to escape .Madara will basically be a living vegetable that cannot do anything forever

This will similar to Itachi putting Kabuto in a vegetative state with izanami

I can literally picture this. Sasuke wanted to kill Obito, but Kakashi stopped him now there is no one to stop him.

For that Sasuke would need Sage Jutsus or sage mode which he doesn't have but Naruto does!!
