I think the reason sasuke has the 9 tomoe rinnegan in one eye because he use it to help Naruto evade the limbo

If naruto can sense sasuke from distance he was from him, Sasuke could have been able to do the same thus sensing madara attacking naruto.
I may be looking too much into this you can never know.

I think its even more probable, because I was surprise a god like naruto didn't seem to have a clue if he dodged it or not(didn't really show he was dodging). it actually shows like naruto getting pulled than him dodging

Oh ok ^^ Yeah well, why did Kishi not just draw that? I mean why didn't he just show sasuke doing that. But I don't think sasuke can activate the second one. Maybe he will later. But not at pure will right now. it's the juubi eye, and everyone even the juubi itself only possessed one
