Not to mention that the scan also has a "CH 710" up at the top left, meaning that we'll probably get a manga chapter with Shisui and his Susano'o, making it undeniable.

If Kishi says Shishui had Susanoo, then Shisui had Susanoo. If he wants to give Shisui a Susanoo in this upcoming game and show us what it 'would have' looked like, had it been shown in the manga, then Kishi has every right to do that. This is HIS story. What he says, goes; he is the architect, he is The One, he is the Alpha and the Omega. If Kishi wants to suddenly give Sakura super ancient powers from the Teletubby clan, then Sakura will have super ancient powers from the Teletubby clan.
