No, Sasuke was going to use reverse summoning to escape the barrier. That does not count as a S/T ninjutsu. The third Databook has never said anything about him using Space/Time. Reverse summoning does not equal FTG, otherwise Tobirama wouldn't need to invent FTG in the firstplace. What is stated in MP isn't always literal, because it also confused Shinobi-Alliance-No-Jutsu for Temari's Wind technique.

Your scan said a "jutsu that let you fly through space". That's time and space jutsu according to "your scan". Manga disagree with your logic. And those who knows "reverse summon" were probably gonna die like fodders except sasuke.
