I don't know why everyone keeps saying that as though it's a fact. She wasn't controlling him, she wasn't even directly influencing him. She appeared at the very end to Madara's surprise. Madara has been doing everything on his own accord ever since reading the Uchiha Tablet.

Madara has the idea for Infinite Tsukuyomi since he read the tablet, not because he was attached to the Mazou. Besides, if he was being influenced by Kaguyu due to the Mazou, he wouldn't have been surprised to hear it actually influencing him now.

I really don't know why all this fanfiction gets written and then is passed off as fact.
