Where is inner sakura?

One of my favorite parts of the first couple episodes of naruto was inner sakura. I really wish sakura would have an inner sakura moment. (Or maybe use it as a power up, remembering it actually has effect when it kicked ino out of her head)

Inner Sakura was just a violent part of Sakura's personality wich was pushed inside her mind, later in the Shippuden series Sakura picked up her inner self as a full personality thus becoming more violent and agressive.

Last time inner Sakura showed up was when Sai called her ugly and he complimented Ino.

She was mostly just used for comedic effect. Inner Sakura was basically what she was really thinking. Now Sakura is more open about herself to everyone.

Example: When Naruto was going to prank Kakashi, on the outside she called Naruto an idiot, but on the inside she loved the prank.

Inner Sakura was a manifestation of Sakuras inability to process & communicate her feelings with others, simply grew out of it.

Or maybe Tsunade made Sakura surpress inner sakura because it was a distraction. Remember medical Ninjutsu, chakra control & the Yin Seal require absolute, accurate and detailed concentration. Inner sakura would throw sakura off of her game. Imagine Tsundae screaming and hitting sakura during an inner sakura episode. Lol
