Is Madara now beyond the Level of the Sage?

Is Madara now that he absorbed the Holy Tree/Kaguya beyond the Level of the Sage? I believe myself he is since the Sage had only the Second most powerful form of the Juubi absorbed and not the Final Form which is the Holy Tree! Madara has both!! Maybe he is close to Kaguya's level since his cloak changed and look's more like hers and his horn grew a lot! What do you say?

This Juubi was made from the Gedō Mazō and the 9 Beasts, which the Sage created. So that means this Juubi came straight from the Sage. Meaning if anything, they're equal.

I just remembered that Minato when he confronted Rikudo Madara he said that he felt the power of the Hermit stronger than Obito! Now Madara has this power plus the Holy Tree as a result he should be above the Sage himself!!!
