Sasuke might lose his new eye.

We saw Sasuke possess a different version of Rinnegan compared to Madara's.
It cannot be said as Rinnegan but instead as the ultimate version of Sharingan. The Ultimate Doujutsu of Indra.
And one thing which is clear that Rinnegan is not the ultimate version of Sharingan.
Unlike Sharingan, Rinnegan cannot use Genjutsus or those epic techniques which a Sharingan and it's version can.

Back to the point.
Madara is missing his left eye. Sasuke possess his new Sharingan in his left eye. Obito is about to request Sakura to crush the Rinnegan or do it himself.
If he succeeds in crushing the eye then Madara has only one option to fill that left eye socket. It's Sasuke's left eye.

Well I'm just stating a possibility of this happening because I believe that the eye which Sasuke possess now is the only eye capable of activating the Infinite Tsukuyomi. And that's why Madara will aim for Sasuke's left eye.
Also introducing Kaguya's forehead eye at this point also has reason.

It's just a thought/prediction.
BTW, IMO, Sasuke with an eye-path on his left eye would be cool instead of his current left eye. Though I'm waiting for what that eye can do.

It looks like a hint as we have seen that you cannot change the place of your eyes. (You cannot put the left eye in the right eye socket)

If makes zero sense for kishi to give sasuke a powerup-and immediately take it away. It isn't his style. It's as unlikely as madara stealing the bijuu chakra from naruto again.....

No,it's still highly unlikely. Plus naruto got the kyuubi back so.........Furthermore, I think kaguya will emerge as the final villain so we will see more then.
