There are quite a couple of senarios that i believe could take place:
1st one: I believe that obito will ask /tell sakura to kill him then destroy his eye as it's the only way to prevent madara from getting the eye and using the full power of rinneganplus the fact that black zetsu(madara's will) is starting to regain control and that if sakura doesn't end his life then she'll be in danger, sakura will tell him that she doesn't want to kill him cause kakashi only just got him back plus he saved naruto, obito will tell sakura that if she fatally stabs him he will then use kamui to send her back to the battlefield before it's too late and black zetsu takes over and kills her, sakura tells him that there must be something that can be done to separate black zetsu from obito and save his life to which obito replies by telling her that he's dying anyway and the only reason that he's still alive is because of black zetsu, obito tells her to hurry but it's too late cause zetsu has now taken over and wants to kill sakura then use obito's kamui to warp to battlefield and give madara the other eye.
The 2nd senario is similar to the first 1 but the difference is that sakura manages to convince him that if obito dies then that's a victory for madara and that there might be a way to remove black zetsu and save obito from dying and that even though obito did some bad stuff if he survives and returns to the leaf because of his return to the light and saving naruto the leaf might forgive him and that kakashi would want his friend back and the 4th and rin would also want obito to return to the leaf, obito gives in then together they warp back to the battlefield.
Ok that's all folks,i could go on but it would only get long and boring,anywayz guys i hope you find this interesting anywayz.
