Yeah, I agree. It makes sense, that she got absorbed by the god tree, maybe she is immortal now, and that's why madara also believes he is immortal?

I've been waiting to damn long to see what madara can do, finally he is about to do something other than laughing lol.

But on the next page you see kaguya face. It's most likely kaguya, she became the god tree after dying...(or maybe she didn't die? Idk)

Did the fruit blossom? Maybe kaguya's consciousness was in the fruit and that's how she told madara what to do?

So basically kaguya and madara are one now...
