No that doesn't really make sense. First, you can't get EMS by implanting the same eyes into one another (plus kakashi isn't even an uchiha). Second, if he takes out his kamui, how is she going to get out of the dimension? They'll both be stuck there.

I think he wants her to crush Madara's rinnegan eye or kill zetsu. Also, I don't think Obito will just die like that..he needs to talk to either Minato/Kakashi/Naruto one last time before he dies.
