Can anyone explain that why sasuke's other(second) eye is not rinnegan but just sharingan???

Nopes, Don't say that.. It's Rinnegan (madara also said it himself) . And above all its more likely juubi eye =D

I don't think it's exactly Rinnegan, but it's definitely not Sharingan. It's what the Juubi had and Kayuga's third eye. Which are above both the Rinnegan and Sharingan, since that's the eye that have birth to all dojutsu.

I don't think it's exactly Rinnegan, but it's definitely not Sharingan. It's what the Juubi had and Kayuga's third eye. Which are above both the Rinnegan and Sharingan, since that's the eye that have birth to all dojutsu.

well seeing as he got power from the sage, that would trump ashuras chakra, so technically he still got what he needed. also i wouldn't call it sharingan or rennigan.
