So it's clear that Naruto can't use the FTG. The kunai is there because Tobirama used it to send Sasuke to the battlefield. Too bad, but his new Bijuu Mode looks so badass!!! And Sasuke... No words to explain this chapter!

A little sad that he didn't get FTG but honestly it looks like Naruto's regular speed is .00000000000000000001% slower than the speed of light anyway so I guess I'm not all that broke up about it.

Well it is possible he might be able to use ftg. But you are correct. He did not use ftg there(as far as we know)
