1) Madara
-His god complex, narcissism and hypocrisy know no bounds or equal. He kills and mocks the shinobi for fun, believes his ideal is supreme and everyone else can go to hell, wishes for peace, yet is a warmonger, stole Hashirama's cells and powers, insulted senjutsu, calls the bijuus filthy beasts, treats his own "allies" that helped made his scheme possible like tools and dirt and is trying to enslave the whole world.
2) Danzou
-Conspired with Orochimaru and helped him form his rebellion, which resulted in Hiruzen's death as well as countless other shinobi. Stole Shisui's eye and used it on people. Stole sharingans from the massacred Uchiha, made it look like they caused the Nine tailed fox incident, allowed Orochimaru to experiment on people and children, stole Hashirama's cells, brainwashed Kabuto's step mother into trying to kill him, resulting in he having to kill her, asurped Tsunade, tried to manipulate Mifune to become the alliance commander, made Itachi a double agent against his clan, held Sai and all his root brethren under cursed seals and let Konoha perish in Pein's invasion.
3) Obito
-Extracted the bijuu from Kushina and used it on the village, indirectly killed she and Minato, indirectly cursed Naruto's childhood with Kurama, threatened and tried to kill him fresh out of Kushina's womb, happily wanted and watched Sasuke stab Karin even though Rin died in the exact same manner, continually insulted and mocked Minato as well as Naruto when they first met.
4) Orochimaru
-Experimented on, tortured and murdered people and children after kidnapping and imprisoning them, possessed several of them, corrupted Sasuke's mind and chakra, sealed Kurama inside Naruto, killed Hiruzen and several leaf shinobi in his rebellion, deceived and murdered his own sound shinobi and the Kazekage, used the sound shinobi as edo tensei sacrifices, disguised himself as the kazekage, tried to manipulate Tsunade through her past traumas, summoned the first two hokages just to torment Hiruzen, insulted and mocked Hiruzen's ideals, insulted and mocked Jiraiya and Naruto.
5) Kabuto
-Experimented on and sacrificed countless shinobi for his edo tensei, betrayed and deceived the leaf and team 7 and continually mocked Naruto.
6) Itachi
-Greatly abused his Tsukuyomi on Kakashi and Sasuke and further coaxed Sasuke into hating him in part one.
7) Kiba
-Arrogant, egotistic, obsessive and whiny. Envious of Naruto and Shino and mocked Naruto in the Chuunin exam.
8) Sai
-a major jerk when he was first introduced. Used insults and profanity to instigate fights with Naruto and Sakura, deceived team 7 and let Sakura fall into the valley.
9) Zaku
-The most obnoxious and arrogant of the sound shinobi.
10) Sasuke
-Mocked Naruto not having any parents in their fight, continually called him a loser, though this became comic relief and friendly, disliked virtually all of his peers at first, mocked and attacked team 7 both times when they found him, tried to kill Karin, Sakura and Kakashi though he was unhinged at the time.
11) Chuunin Kakashi
-Arrogant and mocked Obito quite a bit when they were kids.
12) Genin Neji
-Arrogant and nihilistic, beat up Hinata just because he was pissed at her dad and mocked both she and Naruto. Rudely introduced himself to Sasuke.
13) Hiashi
-Cursed his brother and nephew, favored Hanabi over Hinata, put down and ignored Hinata.
14) Hidan
-Obnoxious, killed Asuma, Yugito, the fire guardian and mocked them all as well as team Asuma.
15) Deidara
-bombed his own village as well as Suna, killed gaara, mocked and disrespected him afterward, mocked the jinchurikis, ran like a coward rather than staying to fight Naruto and Kakashi, mocked Sasuke and Sai.
16) Sasori
-mocked, toyed with and left Kankuro to suffer and die. Killed Gaara, tried to kill his own grandmother and wished for her death, killed the third kazekage and hundreds of people and turned them all into puppets whom he used to destroy a whole country.
17) A
-the biggest warmonger in the series. Second only to Madara. Arrogant, hot-headed, deceived the leaf and had one of his agents try to kidnap Hinata to get the Byakugan, threatened war if the hyuuga head did not kill himself when he failed, ignored and mocked Naruto when he begged for a pardon, caused a ruckus at the five kage summit and destroyed its property without examining the situation or asking permission from Mifune.
18) C
-Arrogantly and obnoxiously called Kakashi rude, which majorly pissed me off lols.
19) Karui
-Caused a ruckus in Konoha when she was told to remain neutral and when they were there under peaceful circumstances and beat up Naruto because she was an idiot who could not control her emotions.
The ones who have ticked me off the most are Kabuto, Danzou, Madara, Zaku, Genin Neji, A, C and Karui. I guess that makes most of those the most successful antagonists. I've found the characters that tick me off are the most arrogant or obnoxious ones.
