The Bijuu are not like living entities, so let's stop comparing them to one. Raikage referred to Kurama's flesh as Chakra flesh and they have been repeatedly called masses of Chakra. Scan isn't working for me. Can't see it, but I know what you're talking about, but there's a huge difference between 4 tailed Naruto and 3 tailed Naruto. Going by what we've seen, not even the Hebi upgrade was strong enough to gap the difference.

Sasuke said "I can't anticipate it." He can predict Naruto's movements, but not his chakra arms. Chakra arms cannot be predicted. What you're saying is a direct contradiction to the manga, meaning your statement is false.

Bee was surprised that Sasuke was able to dodge him meaning it should difficult to do so, and Sasuke specifically stated that it was the same as when he fought Naruto. Sasuke only fought that Naruto once, so it shouldn't be hard to believe that he trained to counter him.

As for the bigger transformation, that doesn't mean that it's going to be exponentially more powerful, unless you have more proof.

The point is that Sasuke will be able to avoid Kyuubi, just like he avoided Bee. While he avoids he could easily put Naruto under genjutsu, just like he did to Bee.
