I am here to prove to you all, on why Haku (if he had not been killed by plot) would be able to take down current Madara.
So first we have established that Haku at this current stage in the manga was stronger than both naruto and sasuke. Depending on how you look at it, Kakashi may have been implying that haku was stronger than himself.

Haku if he wanted to, could have ended the fight against Sasuke, in 10 seconds. he was much stronger in this point of time. Not only that, the fight eventually became a 2 v 1 and Haku still controlled the match, even though he was going soft.
So now that we have established Haku being far superior at this point of time compared to Sasuke. I will now explain how this leads to haku being able to defeat Madara.
First off, lets start with the obvious: There are many unknown hidden abilities to the crystal ice mirrors.
For example:
Before this, we never knew Haku could teleport himself into the sky in a split second. there are probably many more techniques associated with the mirrors.
Now, If Haku had not been killed off by plot, he would have only gotten stronger(obviously). We established Haku was miles ahead of sauce, so if Haku had not died, haku would have gotten that extra three years of training, like sasuke and naruto had.
With that extra three years, haku would still be miles ahead of them. Also keep in mind, Sasuke and naruto both had the benefit of sannin training them, for those 3 years. which is why they are currently miles ahead of part 1 Haku, but like I said, you give Haku the training benefits and 3 years naruto and sauce had, haku would reign supreme. haku was also held back by Zabuza his whole life.
With that established, Here is how haku had he not been killed off would have been able to defeat Madara.
Oro said it himself. Sasuke will one day pass Madara. If sasuke is one day going to pass Madara, it is very safe to assume, haku would have already surpassed madara, considering how ahead of Sasuke, Haku would have been.
Don't even try to deny manga facts.
Haku in part 1, was twice the ninja part 1 naruto and Sasuke where. Part 2 Sauce us ahead of part 1 haku, but if you give Haku those extra 3 years, part 2 Haku would be out of Sauces league, just like in part 1.
