[Question] Best "What is the One Piece" theory?

I read that it was the joining of the seas, with the destruction of the Line's and Fishman Island, so the prophecy would be true about Luffy, and the Fishmen will sail up on Noah, and that Joy Boy was the first person to try and complete project OP, but failed, and Roger didn't have enough time due to his health...

i don't know what the one piece really is but what i believe is it's not gold or it's a treasure it's just all pieces of person's memory while he travels with his crew the joy,pain,laugh,struggle,hardwork,sadness everything combined.so its a place where the person's memory of voyage completes from one place to another

I havent seen any theories but following the story I think your theory is good.
Ever since Whitebeard's speech I always think that One Piece isnt just a treasure really (or it might be) but something more to it. The polygraphs which are scattered will all the read by Robin and they find out a lot about the history. The world became divided during the void century. When the 19 CDs came over to Marie jois, they started the discrimination against the mermen forcing them to stay down in the sea. When the history is learnt, Luffy will destroy Fishman Island as you said. I also think Joy Boy was a 'D' and he tried to stop some of the movements of the CD during the void century but he failed and wrote that apology which Robin read.
Anyhow it goes I cant wait for the next all out war when things are revealed. It wont end in Raftel
