Tobirama in my opinion. Kakashi is my favorite character so it hurts to say lol But Kamui is kakashi's only chance. Tobirama is an all around better shinobi than Kakashi. Tobirama has more chakra, Speed, and strength. Though I do think kakashi has the edge in battle planning and strategies. All in all, Kakashi stands little to no chance if kamui is not a factor...kamui his only hope of winning.

I disagree with the underlined statement. Its not easy to counter kamui. only a S/T user can counter kamui effectively. Kamui is the BEST S/T jutsu in the series..I agree with everything else though
