Did Rayleigh at Auction Hall in Sabaody knock out only those he wished to knock out or did he just blast away not holding back with his Conqueror's Haki?

From the looks of it, he made no exceptions. One of the Heart Pirates makes that clear. But how's that possible? Surely the difference in strength between an admiral level fighter and people like Usopp, Nami is more than enough to render them unconscious. I thought it's not possible to unleash CH at, say 50% power or so, or is it? I think that was mentioned somewhere.

Luffy's CH was enough to render Marines that wore the cloak of 'Justice' unconscious, implying they were atleast captain level.

No, certainly not at his point. With Rayleigh's power, he may have even been able to knock out someone from M3. The difference in power was way too great here. Certainly Usopp and Nami. These two are far from monsters.

I could be wrong, but I think that Rayleigh targeted other pirates for whatever reason ( to test them out maybe ? Who knows ? ). But avoided certain others.

Again, unless that crewmate of Law's is super strong (unlikely at that point), he shouldn't have stood a chance against the might of Rayleigh.

Remember, it was mentioned in an SBS that Shanks and Rayleigh would have knocked out all 100,000 fishmen. Fishmen are already 10 times stronger than a human. I reckon some were even stronger than Pre timeskip M3.

Usopp can snipe further than guns can reach. There is like maybe 4 sharpshooters better than him cannocially. He is a monster. He got stomped by Oz and thrown through walls and fell from skyscraper hieghts blasted with bombs from several Shichibukai.
The fact he is alive is testiment to his bossness.

Nami is a boss ass bish. Weather control. Mirajes. Thief. Clima tact. The only straw hat with a Pace.

Armament - Manifesting your spirit.
Kings - Manifesting your will.

I always wanted to see if you could like Infuse Kings into attacks. Like if robin had it and she choked you with her will that would be dope. Instant assassination.

I didn't say they weren't skilled. Both Nami and Usopp are skilled. But frontline battling isn't their strength, certainly not Nami's. They are more support fighters, at that point anyway. Besides the point is, they were nothing compared to the Dark King, and should not have been capable of enduring the Haki burst.

That's an interesting way to put it. But wasn't it said that you can't improve your CH, only control it? So if you can only unleash CH at a fixed level, surely the Dark King can knock out Nami and Usopp at the very least, without even close to breaking a sweat.

Except Robin doesn't even have BH, so CH is too far fetched. She would be hax though.

I too thought that Rayleigh chose to knock out the henchmen, but then I saw this scan. Read what Law's crewmate says at the top right, and then Rayleigh himself says they aren't 'amateurs'.

I don't think he used his CoC to the max. Imo he sent somewhere around 30% to see who would fall and who wouldn't. Looks like that Law's crew member is weak-sauce.
