Without Kamui Kakashi can probably only kill tsunade with clone feints and raikiri. However, thats assuming he can even get to her. Once the sannin have their summons Kakashi's relevance is limited to sharingan genjutsu and clones.

Killer bee in bijuu mode should be able to handle the summons but there is Jiraiya with SM and swamp of the underworld, Tsunade's strength and healing ablity. Oro's rashomon gates might be a problem too I guess.

I say its sannin med-high difficulty.

Team 1 still wins. Ink is used to seal the edo's. Kamui takes out Jiraiya. Than Kakashi proceed to 1v1 Tsunade while Oro 1v1's Bee. Either way they win each fight. Team 1 mid diff.

Sannin win. If he goes full 8 tails, Dark Swamp from Below and Food cart destroyer from above sink him before he can gire off 4 TBB. Even if he manages one, it gets blocked with Rashomon. Kakashi without kamui is practically a non-factor...Jiraiya's oil/fire combo with Bunta should finish him.
