That Naruto could be THAT powerful, as powerful as he is now, without the need of tailed beasts.

I get that naruto is all about the power of friends and blah blah. But I just wish that his power was 100 percent his own, and somehow owns madara with his own abilities. At the very least I hope it ends with naruto on the ropes and using only his own powers to beat him.


Hashirama was hugely powerful and wasn't using any outside source, yet we are to believe that he's surpassing him without tailed beasts and etc inside him...


I dunno, just makes me a little sad about it.

Examples of people using their own power and are awesome. If not comparing them to gods.

Gai(stomped a juubi jin madara) Lee, the raikages. etc.

If you look at the popular mangas, most of them feature a character who has to rise against the odds, isn't born with a silver spoon in their mouths, and isn't the most powerful character without the help of others. Nobody wants to read about a "tony stark" character... which makes it funny cause Iron Man is a popular series...

Madara's power isn't all his either. It's derived from Hashirama and Hagoromo like Naruto's and Sasuke's.

Naruto has been training and using his own power almost the whole series.

Technically, Hashirama uses senjutsu, which IS an outside source, though he did train to learn how to.

Alucard fights with stolen powers
Aizen fights with stolen powers
Batman fights with stolen powers etc.... There are manyany more.

Perhaps it's because of all the different fiction I read but I could care less about where a power comes from.
I suppose if it really bothers you- you could ways take some peace with the fact that power alone doesn't win fights- you need at least some skill to use that power.

Basically, even if naruto fought using biju chakra- it's still impressive because very few people have the skill to use biju chakra like naruto does.

Except those are things he LEARNED and TRAINED to achieve. Instead of poof now you have tailed beasts in you. Sage mode and kage bunshin and his various rasengan styles are his own powers.

...they taught him those stuff and he trained extremely hard to get to his level. He's not using their power. He doesn't have another being inside him making him stronger. It's OK to have a teacher..otherwise you won't got strong at all.
